The Brand New Crosman 362 .22 Caliber Air Rifle
The Crosman 362 is a new variable pump air rifle offering from Crosman that currently comes in a .22 caliber version. This multi-pump airgun is based, in part, off of the incredibly popular and highly modifiable 1322/1377 and 2289 platforms. Although this air rifle comes from the factory with a plastic breech like it’s cousins a steel breech can easily be fitted just like it’s before mentioned counterparts can. Having a plastic all-weather synthetic stock and pump arm makes this a very light air rifle to carry and handle.
The Crosman 362 Allows You To Control Your Power
Being a “variable pump” airgun means you can control how much power the gun puts out by the number of times you pump/charge the gun. For low power short distance indoor shooting you can pump the gun 2-3 times. If you are outdoors shooting in a small backyard you may want to pump the gun only 3-4 times. If you’re shooting at targets at distances of 20-25 yards charging the Crosman 362 with 5-7 pumps may be more effective and accurate. And if you are hunting small game within a reasonable range then giving the airgun it’s full charge of 8 pumps will probably produce the best results for humanely dispatching your query.
The Crosman 362 is a Fun, Affordable Air Rifle That Can Be Used By Everyone
The Crosman 362 air rifle with it’s light weight synthetic stock, short length of pull and variable power ability is an airgun that can be used by people of all ages and sizes. The fact that this gun can be shot with a lower power charge at close ranges and also used for small game hunting at reasonable distances makes it a fun, practical and useful airgun to own. From backyard family plinking contests to full go small game hunting this compact and customizable airgun package really packs a punch for it’s price point. With the Crosman 362, I do believe we have found our new favorite multi-pump variable power airgun! Thanks Crosman!

I sought out a reliable little pumper for the price, and it exceeded my expectations. Mine has an exceptional precision. It is not difficult for me to pump it as I am old but this stock is made of plastic and so is the pump arm which makes it a little bit noisy. It only has one attaching screw, so the stock is somewhat loose.
Since I had them, I put in a steel breech and a suppressor and made minor adjustment on the trigger. Extra parts are always convenient to have around.
The gun has satisfied me very much. I can easily hit two-inch spinners at 100ft. This pump gun is sound and has got excellent trigger pull which allows for high accuracy when shooting. However, some people find fault with rear peep sight, but I found it was easy to use and that I could consistently hit bull’s eyes.
For children under ten years of age, it’s too powerful though perfect for teenagers and adults alike. It’s quite different from Crosman 760 which goes for cheap prices but doesn’t possess any good quality builds like this one does. Highly recommended by anyone who tries it!

I’m a big fan of the crosman 362 multi-pump air rifle. I’ve used this airgun to eliminate many pests around my house and property. I’ve even used it for hunting squirrel [ at close range ]. I suggest getting the steel breech, a moderator and a scope if you really want to see what this air rifle can do!

This rifle is an excellent choice, easily rivaling or even surpassing the Benjamin 392!
It was going for a price of $99.99 plus tax at time of purchase.
The partially hollowed stock weighs only 4.80 lbs which makes room for a repair kit and tools as well.
The modifications I have done now result in 20.32 FPE at 22.5 yards using a 15-grain pellet.
I use this rifle to go hunting for small game, raccoons, and piglets within a range of up to 22 yards with temple shots only by using Gamo Rocket pellets.
To not buy and power-mod this rifle would be insane. Modification tutorials can be found on YouTube. After buying the backer air rifle max flow valve and max flow transport valve upgrade for the Crosman model 1322, do similar mods on it. Read installation instructions then pump it eleven times for maximum power.
